Every day we get asked about our prices, usually one of the first questions we receive. Some people state that a gym membership is cheaper and I tell them yes it probably is. However, we are different than a gym. We offer a different service than a gym and operate in a different manner. In our approach to exercise, we believe in helping people find the best option that suits their needs, within their budget. To help you decide what is best for you and your needs, we believe it’s time to compare a gym membership vs our Group Training Memberships.
What Does a Gym Offer?
When looking around at the gyms in Campbelltown, each gym offers something different. Some have a pool, some have hot yoga, some are open 24 hours and some offer Les Mills classes. Each gym type offers features to suit their ideal client. We have been members of many gyms in the area over the years and we often compliment them on the services they are able to offer to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. In general, for their standard membership fee, gyms offer a space filled with equipment for you to complete your own workout. They may also include access to group fitness classes for you to join. For an additional fee you can access Personal Training, Health Assessments, Crossfit, Yoga and utilise their creche facilities. Once you sign up, you are generally left to your own devices to develop a workout or training plan. You may be given a free program which can help.
What Do We Offer?
We offer Outdoor Group Training sessions at Bradbury Oval in Campbelltown. Our timetable currently offers morning sessions for Mums & Bubs, and evening and Saturday sessions to suit different lifestyles and training schedules. As part of your membership you can access an unlimited number of sessions per week. Our sessions are run by qualified Personal Trainers and you are able to access Personal Training in a group setting. We are aware of your fitness goals and cater our workouts to suit your needs. If you are injured, we alter the workout. If you are a beginner, we scale our exercises and intensity to help support you into a new routine. We want to make sure you are able to return to training so we will gradually increase the intensity for you.
We care about whether you have been coming to classes and will regularly check in on you. As a bonus, you can bring the kids along to all sessions, saving you on creche fees. We also offer ongoing support, 7 days a week, via our closed Facebook Group. In this group you can ask questions, be motivated by the other members and receive nutrition advice from your trainers. We offer our unlimited group training membership for $20 per week on direct debit. All we ask for is a 6 week commitment to our membership to give it a chance to work for you. If it doesn’t suit, you can cancel with just 7 days notice. We believe in the personalised service we can offer you and would love to be given an opportunity to help you look better, feel better and move better.
