About Kids Bootcamp
Our Kids Bootcamp has been created just for kids, no adults allowed!
Using fun games, team work and friendly competition, we get the kids moving without realising its exercise. Aimed at improving motor skills, building confidence, increasing social interaction and encouraging kids to move in a fun way without pressure of winning or losing.
Each class runs for 45 mins, including games to warm up, conditioning the body and stretching the muscles to cool down. We aim to educate through each game and encourage team work to create a supportive environment.
Our programs are developed and Delivered by Qualified Kids Bootcamp Instructors.
About Your Trainer – Tristan Woodward
Tristan is a Dad to Blake and Lachlan. He has been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years and is passionate about being a role model for his own son’s as well as the clients that join Evolution Fitness. He has played sport as a child and understand the importance of starting young and maintaining physical activity in adulthood. He would like to provide kids with a solid foundation of physical activity while showing them exercise can be fun.
Tristan has previously worked with Little Kickers and Little Rugby, providing Soccer and Rugby inspired classes to children ages 18 months to 7 years. Tristan has been said to have the patience of a saint and many parents don’t know how he handles the groups, but he does so with ease and enjoyment in seeing the kids learn new skills each week.

Teens Fitness – Thursday: 5.00pm
Additional Information:
- What to Bring: Hat, Sunscreen, Water.
- What to Wear: Comfortable clothing – We recommend shorts and t-shirt in Summer or Track pants, T-shirt and Jumper in Winter. Appropriate running shoes should be worn at all times. No thongs, sandals or bare feet will be accepted.
Terms and Conditions:
REFUNDS
Payment is required to be paid at the time of enrollment, prior to term commencement. Refunds are not available for upfront payment.
Class Changes or Cancellation
From time to time classes may be cancelled due to Trainer illness or due to weather. As we are based outdoors, we do our best to accommodate classes for all weather types. If we deem it to be unsafe to run a class, we will cancel the session by SMS and in our Facebook group. Torrential rain, hail, extreme wind, lightning and heat above 35 degrees Celsius may warrant class cancellation. Make Up sessions or a credit will be offered in the instance of class cancellation by Evolution Fitness.
Class Non-attendance
If you are unable to attend a class, please ensure you advise your Trainer by SMS to 0488 220 254 or email: [email protected] We require 24 hours’ notice where possible. No-shows without any prior notice will not be eligible for a make-up or credit.
Adult Attendance
Adults are required to attend and supervise their children. Children are not to be left unsupervised unless prior arrangements made.
Children’s Behaviour
We understand that Children can be tough work and need to burn off their pent up energy. Our class provides a great opportunity for kids to do this, however, we ask that parent’s ensure that their children behave appropriately towards our Trainer and other children in the group. We ask that parent’s provide the discipline for their own child. If poor behaviour or dangerous behaviour continues, we may ask your child to leave the class. Whether it be a one off on a bad day or if a serious incident occurs, we will terminate their term pass. Refunds will be issued in the circumstance.
